PROCESSING & DELIVERY
When an order is received, an email acknowledging your purchase will be sent. After your payment has been verified, your piece moves into production, where careful attention is given to every detail.

For domestic orders within Nigeria, it takes 5-7 working days for processing & delivery within Lagos and 7- 10 working days for other states which are fulfilled via doorstep delivery.

For international orders, it takes 7- 14 working days for processing and shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of your parcel.
If there is ever a delay with your order, our team will promptly reach out with an update and revised delivery timeline.

In the rare event that a package is misplaced, we will resend your order once the shipping company confirms the loss. If the item is no longer available, a store credit equivalent to the full value of your purchase will be issued. However, refunds will not be provided for lost packages.

If no concern or complaint is raised within 14 days of delivery, we will assume your order has been received in good condition.

Custom and Duties
Kindly note that international orders may be subjected to additional customs tax and duties depending on the laws within the recipient country. We have no control over what charges may be applied to your order but we advise that before placing an order you consult the customs office in your country for additional clarification. All additional custom charges are the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed. Kindly ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase, as production begins immediately after confirmation of payment.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your A S H A piece. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be made within seven (7) days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange the return using their local postal or courier service.
All customs charges or import duties associated with international returns are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where we cover these charges, the amount paid will be deducted from your store credit.
Please note; custom orders, sale items, and discounted pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
However, we offer store credit for items returned in good condition within the seven-day return window. Store credit will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
